I am interested in the idea of montage. My work in silkscreen is a way of layering and montage images and parts of the same image. In Marble and Celluloid I intend to explore what montage can represent and constitute in the film and installation field.

Recent Works

White Cubes, 2011 / variable dimensions, acrylic on floor

Mornings, 2011 / variable dimensions, string

White Cubes and Mornings were realized during a two days stay in this space. My work is often site-specific, playing with the visible and the invisible. What is there? What can be seen? The works are somehow hidden and easy to miss which interests me, as it relates to the very nature of what can be seen.

Untitled, 2011 / variable dimensions, string on wall and floor

Interior / Exterior 1, 2 and 3, 2011 / screenprint and collage on paper
